How long will the braids last with proper care? What is proper care?
With proper care and storage, the braids can continue to be reused! Inclement weather or heavy headbanging may reduce the lifespan of the braids. Every order includes a Care Card and You can refer to our Care page.

Are the braids safe to wear in all weather conditions?
- Rain or high humidity may cause frizziness.
- High winds may cause the braids and/or charms to tangle.
- Headbanging generally safe 👍 but may cause frizziness or tangles.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Ready to ship items are shipped out by the next business day. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and priority takes 1-2 business days.
Custom orders usually take about 7-10 business days to receive depending on holidays. If you enter a date in the Custom Order Form, we can (most of the time) ensure it is received by that date or let you know shortly if it is not possible.
